i am planning on a super 44 muffler within the next couple of days. any recommondations for headers? and does it help to change to a different throttle body? im not to knowledgable on that subject

is there a way to tell what my stock throttle body is now? the size?

Everyone on here seems to like the Fastman (www.thefastman.com) throttle body...comes in 50mm and 52mm. There is also another, more pricey, but also very nice throttle body from www.southeastrt.com. As far as headers, I would say go with what you want...everyone on here just argues over shorty vs. long tube. Edelbrock makes a shorty direct-fit replacement for these trucks for around $400.

one of the reasons everyone argues over long tube and shorties is because thats not what really matters the most. its the size of your primaries and length of them,collector size,and the flang inlet sizes.

trust me on this, i have spent many,many hours reaserching this. on many,many reputable sites.

here is one read that i found on headers. i have found many others to back this one up. pretty much saying the same thing.
