Question Load Range Information Help

If i put 265/75R16 Load Range D's on my 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 5.9L will it effect the steering or driving of the truck?

i don't think so. i have D's on mine. they are a heavier tire, rated for higher psi's, something like 65psi, and carry heavier loads. i normally only run about 50 psi, otherwise the front end seems kind of light and skatey. at 45-50psi, mine drive fine.

i've hauled some pretty heavy loads of firewood, lumber, tile, etc at 50 psi. if i can plan it, and not have to drive far unloaded, i'll pump them up to the 65.
