Hypertech pp3 or Superchips 3815?

I think the Max Energy has a fuel efficiency setting and the PP3 doesn't...

From the things I have read people seem to like the Superchips one more. I would remove the PP3 and throw the Superchip on there and see which is better.

Anyone know for sure it will do tire size correction for a 98 ?

They are 265's, and there is a difference when it shifts , and the speedo is over 5mph off when I don't adjust the tire size with the Hypertech. And besides, once I plug it in I can't return it. The SC says it does, but I'm worried that it only does it on later models. Maybe I'll just call them later.

I called and it does do tire size for the 98 also.

i have had the max energy and now the 3815. the 3815 has more hp and the max energy gives you better mpg.both set on the performance setting.

300$ you got a good buy since it was new. i am glad i switched to the 3815. its not a mind blowing difference though.

if i had the choice i would buy the 3815 over the others.

and remember my research is just off of the butt dyno.

You cant return it back to stock and it wont be VIN locked anymore?
