One ear works the other does not

When I push the heated mirror button only one (the drivers) mirror heats up. Anyone know why or what can I do to fix it?????

ck for power to the mirror thats not working if there is power to the heater you need a new mirror you probley can get just a glass replacment but sometimes there tricky to replace
