New to the forum. I have a 96 dodge 1500 4x4 that has 256,000 miles, This truck has had a long full life. Its my hunting truck. My question for you guys it what posi lock do you recommend? I'm done dealing with the stupid vaccuum actuator and how difficult is it to install. Thanks.

I'm loving the forum, my truck is abused (ITS A TRUCK!) so i have dealt with or am dealing with a lot of the same problems (****ty heat, yellowed head lights, door that leaks/rattles, cruise vaccuum leak, etc....

You only have two options. The cable actuated one or the one that you can't disengage. It depends if you want to have it disengaged ever.
