IE has a loop hole in it found as of 6 days ago which when you go on site like paypal ebay banking 100000more they get ya passwords
the fix patch has reported to be ruining os systems i have 2 friends that work at best buy geek squad they have had 120 cpus in today because of this...
use firefox or google chrom

What issues are they having?
Also keep in mind, home users PCs tend to be a mess. They might have been infected before they got there. My group policies, firewall, and AV systems tend to keep workstation cleaner, also workers don't visit the same websites as home users.
