Smile Looking to buy super swamper boggers

Anyone have any ideas where I can get a good price on some Super Swamper Boggers 37x13.00x17's. So far the best I've found is $300 a tire. Thanks!

Yeah they do look mean, but they are pretty much useless. They basically have the traction of an all terrain tire, yet they are bias ply and ride horrible. They do OK when they are new, but thats about it. In the mud all they do is pack right up cause the tread pattern is so tight. The side lugs are about the only thing they have going for them.

To the original poster, I don't think you are going to find those tires much cheaper than that brand new. Thats just what 17" off road tires are up to these days. I hope you are putting them on a truck that is mostly off road driven because boggers suck on the road. They ride awful and will wear out extremely fast when mounted on a daily driver. I would suggest sticking with a radial mud terrain if they are going on your DD. Trust me, I have been there. I daily drove my boggers for about one week until it shook my truck to death and wore out a wheel bearing.

Now, if they are going a wheeler I say get 'em. They are a bad *** tire out on the trail! Hard to beet a bogger if you got the power to turn them.

I have ran those tires as well. They are very nice. Kinda soft tread (will ware out quicker than other tires), but thats is why they hook up so dang good.

i also would not get the boggers for a daily driver. i think a better tire for ya if you want a high end tire like that wouold be the maxxis creepy crawlers... awesome tires. compitition bias ply tire.. or the bighorns( which i have right now, and they are awesome in the mud. nd pretty good in clay but nothins good in clay. let us know how you made out

I got my Super Swamper TSL from 4wheelparts.com also known as tirepackage.com Not sure how there prices are but there worth checking out, and I saved between 10-20% a tire based on there internet price just by e-mailing them and asking if I put a decal on my truck would I get a better deal, salesman sent me an e-mail to call him directly and he would take care of me. And he did.

His contact info.

Avoid the thornturds. A little mud and you have 4 doughnuts and zero traction.

I have TSL's on my jeep.

Just use common sense before buying... If it's going to be a daily driver save yourself some heartache and get some aggressive looking all terrains... if its strictly a toy i say hell ya to the tires.
