From what I have heard and read throttle body spacers don't do any for our trucks. As far as headers and intakes' they are good starting items for modifications.
Where are in Illinois?

down in madison county near st louid. im wantin to get headers and true duals. also with the intake. tht makes my decision easier not havin to worry bout the throttle body spacer. im savin up now for my 2 high flow cats. i think im gonna run cherry bomb glass packs off of that . with the headers, intake, and cherry bombs my truck should sound bad ***

TB spacers don't do anything for our trucks, mainly because our trucks are not throttle body injected, but port injected.

The Fastman makes some larger throttle bodies that replace our stock ones, they are nice. Add more throttle response, especially at highway speeds, and a bit more get up and go around town.

Shorty headers will give you a little get up and go on the low end. Long tubes will add to your high end, and will add to your low if you eventually get more in-depth engine upgrades for your truck, but on a mostly stock truck like yours, long tubes will most likely actually hurt your low end a bit.
