My mods MADE A DIFFERENCE. I haven't been on here in a while - just found this thread. I have done the cat-back exhaust, Hypertech Programmer, K&N drop in filter, (had the Mr Gasket round set up and took it off - too noisy), Fastman TB, 8mm wires, 180 T-stat, and some other stuff. Didn't help my gas mileage out much - but made a big difference in the power. It's not like a Hemi or anything - but very noticeable from stock. I think the one guy is right in saying that the mods will not add anything to the resale value. Unless you make a show quality truck out of it. Nobody is gonna give you an extra $200 just because you put a different cam or rockers in it. What matters is if YOU like your truck. That's why we mod. To make the truck like WE want it....

BTW - TB SPACERS ARE JUNK!!! They do not work......
