so i finally solved the heating problem! for all of you out there with heating problems, i replaced my water pump and it fixed the problem. it ended up being the problem the whole time. so if you arent getting heat in the cab, check the water pump. oh, and if you are replacing the pump and need to get the fan off, spend a couple bucks and rent a spanner wrench and the adapter pins that hold the pulley. it is well worth the money for a lack of extreme frustration.
