My driver's side one will not stay in place (broken). I would therefore like to get a new one. I believe that pyrotechnics are used in the event of a crash. Can the seatbelt be detached from the seat where it attaches to the bottom so I can slip the old one off then a new one on?

I unbolted my seatbelts today to install my seat covers.

 

i have and extended cab, can the seatbelts be replaced or do i have to replace the whole seat?

 

My passenger side clips were broke also it bugged the hell out of me , so i spent a few bucks on that" 5 min expoxy " and a clamp to hold while curing,and shes all fixed now. hahahahahahahaha 08
