Seat belt clicking

Fellas- I'm getting a clicking noice coming from the top of the front seats when ever I brake or steer hard in any direction. It only lasts for a few seconds until I brake again. It's gotta be some kind of sensor for the seatbelt lockup, right? Again, '98 Ram 1500 4x4 quad cab. Thanks
