Actually the younger you are the more sleep you need... A person in their 20's needs minimum of 8 hours of sleep, a person in their 70's needs 4 hours of sleep..

So, think again Hot Shot..

hehehe....

Though there is no real proof that Older people need less sleep than normal adults, It is true that Kids under the age of 25 still need 9-10 hours to be fully rested and restored..

I would love to get 9-10 hours of sleep. Maybe going back to school will tire me out enough to let me sleep.

Way to steal my sig, vmann.
I want it back.

I wouldn't know from first hand experience but I would guess that running a 50 shot
wouldn't be too hard on the motor provided you didn't use it all the time. I'd hold out
for a wet kit though.

Actually no.

Your brain need's 5 REM cycles in a session to be fully rested. REM Cycles vary from person to person IIRC.
