My truck has been difficult to start. It turns over fine but seems like it is not firing up. When it does finally start i noticed astrong sulfur smell. Is this a cat rpoblem or should i look else where. Cat is about 6 years old.

A loss of power and the CEL can give you O2 sensor codes.

Bad cat symptoms? Jumping on the countertops, scratching the furniture, and eating the plants.

+1 loss of power.. truck prolly won't make it past 45mph... and you will have no acceleration even at full throttle!.. drop in gas mileage as well

yea, what white said, it would have no power, when mine went, it would turn fine and the it would just not go. one way to see if it is a proble, it will throw a code and will sound like **** but. tkae your front o2 sensor out. and see if it starts up any easier. if it does problem solved, if not, put your sensor back in and see if it shows any more symoms
