Default Popping Noise ---Need Help

I have been noticing a popping noise that feels like it is coming from the rear end. I only notice it at speeds slower then 10mph. It only does it ever so often, not a constant pop. Kinda feels like a bad tooth on a gear. Anyone experience this problem, please help.

Does it have a locker? If so maybe the clutches aren't slipping the way they are supposed to. Check and be sure the fluid level is full like greeny said first.
