Yes, which I don't really like, but if it runs good better with it this time around,I'll live with it.

NH , and I happened to be looking on craigs list yesterday at ram's in NH . And almost all of them that had pics of the engine bay looked like mine. So it has to be the salt . Even if you wash the truck outside and underside, you don't really think about the engine bay, particularly in the winter.

Cut and paste what you want, then type the [ quote ] , [ /quote ] without the spaces between the brackets.

Or just run up your post count.

Thanks AIM, Didn't think of the post count, that's the first time I had to answer more than 2 questions , and it was a PITA going back and forth to reply to each one. Even copy and paste you have to go back and forth, oh well.

Well I just took the truck out, good news is I didn't lose any bottom end this time around, actually gained some, and the throttle response is even a little better on top of what it was with the 1.7s. Could be just from relocating the IAT and the air cleaner has nothing to do with it . I thought about putting the IAT back and just try the air cleaner, then putting the stock intake back on and put the IAT in that, but I ain't doing it.LOL Not now anyway,

What did you put in place of the old IAT location?

Thank you

At first I was going to leave the old one in and buy a new one, until everyone at the parts stores looked at me like I had 2 heads, come to find out it's called an air charge sensor. Anyway, I went to the local hardware store and got a brass plug.
