No MIL light on, still fails emissions check

I have a '01 Dodge RAM 2500 5.9L, my MIL did light up with codes P0442 and P0445, small and large leak, I found the problems, reset the codes and drove over 150 miles. The truck failed the emissions check because
no information was available from my trucks computer. How many miles do I need to drive? Or could there possibly be another problem. HELP!!
