Default Tranny Surge

Ive searched and havent found a hole lot but i know this has been asked before. My trans on long trips after like 25-30 min at 75mph will surge a little like it slips but still keeps speed and then will do right back to normal and be fine for a ways and do it again. I just had the trans rebuilt around 10k miles ago. So i hope my TC is not fried again, i thought i read TPS could cause it. Should i change the fluid(to see if TC is in the bottom of the pan again) and replace TPS ?

For me it was the TPS. My TC would completely unlock and scare the hell out of me, then lock again. Changed TPS, problem went away.
