drivers side lower than passenger?

Would the leaf spring being wore out on the driver side cause the driver front side to start to sag as well??

Mine does this as well. Always has, even with new shocks and all springs in great shape. The classic "Dodge lean" is attributed to the driver, battery, and tank always being on that side. I have seen very few trucks that don't do this. Some are just better/worse than others.
