Default Ram 1500 2WD Drivetrain Vibration

My truck has developed a vibration in the drivetrain over the past couple of months. It only vibrates at one very specific point... when I hit 50MPH and the transmission upshifts into overdrive. It is especially noticeable if I'm going up a hill. I assume that this is putting a greater amount of torque on the drivetrain or something similar.

So, I just finished replacing the U-joints and took her for a test drive... it didn't fix the problem.

The vibration is definitely coming from the transmission/driveshaft area. It makes the whole truck shudder right at the upshift into overdrive during acceleration, then goes away. If I accelerate quickly through the 50MPH and subsequent upshift into overdrive, the vibration never presents itself.

Could it be in the transmission or what? I was really hoping that new u-joints would fix it :-/
