xskylinedx that looks bad@$$! I like it. How long you been working on it? The herculiner is great, Ive got NAPA stuff on mine and I love it. Kinda a pain to get it completely clean but other than that its great. I cant wait to get back and build the one to replace mine! Keep it up man and post some pics when you get done. Oh btw, a die grinder works pretty well to cut out the holes for your lights. Kinda slow but it leaves a nice cut and hardly and grinding.

Thanks. I've been working on it off and on for a month, don't really get alot of time plus its
a one-off custom fab. Yeah I can't wait to get finished and huculined, I think it'll look pretty
sweet. thanks for the tip on the die grinder but I think i'm going to use a plasma shape cutter
instead; it'll be a pain to get the thing on the workbench and set it up but the results should
be nice.

Looks nice! Very similar to what I am thinking of doing for mine. The only thing I really plan to do differently was to add a receiver hitch and a few tabs for shackle mounts.

Definitely post more pics as you progress.

I actually thought about putting in a receiver hitch, but ultimately didn't do it. who knows I
can still change my mind :-D I actually do have two shackle mounts cut and drilled but they
are going on after the final grind. Made them out of 1 inch thick steel and I picked up 3/4
shackles for both.

yea, i like that too, i would do that, but i want to see what this will look like. i always liked the prerunner style, with tubes. so i will see what i can do. buy some exhaust tubing to see wht thsi will look like first. if not, i will be asking for some measurements, and geting to builting me one of those.

and i like the whole wedge bumper for the trees. would look retarted but it would be functional. until it took out my head lights. lol

and as for the winch mount you have there 94beater. i do not want to push my bumper out. like almost none. it mkes the whole thing look bad. and i will be honest. i dont like the bumper set up you have there. the whole pushed out and then way to high, and from what i see, none functional. so thats my take, but good spot for the winch, it will be where i put mine. and i will show ya what i mean by it pushes it out to far.

The only thing I regret so far is that my rollar fairlead will stick out of the bumper instead
of being recessed a bit. I don't think it will look too bad because my shackle mounts will
stick out the same distance. I made an aluminum plate to attach my license plate to that
mounts to the fairlead.

i just finished my new one yesterday, its kind of a pre-runner style, but different than my old one, i'll get you some pics tomorrow in the daylight and see what you think. I only used 2.5 inch tubing but it still looks perfect. I matched that with 1/4 steel plate for the top and a 3/8" aluminum skidplate. but i'll get youa pic tomorrow
