i too have the dt, and no rattle, plus it is replaceable as well only 40 sumthin for the rebuild kit, but i think its best for lifts over stock height.

 

No rattles for me ether. The only problem I had was some popping in the front end due to not tightening 1 jam nut. After I re tighten all the jam nuts on it has been great. All my other components on the front of my truck are Thurn. Don's a really great guy it just takes him some time to get stuff out of his shop. It's all custom made stuff and hes only a one man shop from what it sounds like.
