Throttle body question
has anyone done this to their TB?

i posted it again because i have a question goes with this.
if you look at the intake you will see the same thing. there is a lip that can be removed and open the ports to match the gasket.
but i have not seen anyone post anything on opening them up
like with the TB

Minis2003 I know what you are talkng about and dont know if anyone else has done this to their intake.
ok i did hone the TB ports to 50mm with a dremel and i did notice a different tone coming from the exhaust port. still to soon to tell if there in an increase in power or MPG or smoothness the computer needs sometime to adjust to the new air flow.
also i will, after my paint dries on my intake, take a dremel and open up the ports, on top of the intake where the TB connect to, a little bit to 50mm or 53mm. enough to make the walls flushed and round the edges too.
after i finish i will post the a few pics here

Sorry if my post above mislead you...I wrote incorrectly, I meant check forum NOT one that I have recently posted like I said but I knew the threads had already been talked about before and was just trying to help.
Like I said any directions or diy we can post on this site would be great.
