Default 1995 Ram Fog Light Mount

Just bought a set of fogs to put on my 1995 Ram. Truck did not have fogs from the factory. Call me crazy, but I can not figure out where these lights mount to. Below are pics. Any info is appreciated.

They mount behind the bumper. There are little posts.

If i recall correctly... there are a couple of nuts/bolts near the top edge of the bumper. Since your truck didn't come with fog lights, they likely did not put the nuts/bolts on. You will likely need to remove the plastic trim piece so that you can push the carriage bolts through on the front. The plastic trim keeps them from falling out... and put the nut on from the back side.

It took me a while to find the bolts... and I already had the lights installed. I had to pull them to clean out parts of a broken bulb.

If and when you figure it out, post pics as I'm trying to figure out how to install some square ones but I may have to try oem.

If you have access to a welder... you could build your own bracket to mount up behind the bumper...

If you look at the bumper with the hood open, and the bottom you will see a nut/bolt that holds the bumper to the bracket. I made a C shaped bracket out of old bed frame, so that I could mount my laser jammer modules there. Works great! I'll try and snap some pictures tomorrow if you are intersted in seeing what I did...

That's great but.. . I'm no welder. I'm a musician and don't know the first thing about fabbing parts. I want something that I can bolt on and wire up. I'm no stranger to tools though and do all the maintenance and easy repairs on my truck. Just looking for good looking fogs that will bolt on. But thanks anyway.
