i find it funnny.. that I only have 2 strobes I put in the back window... unlike everyone else that has every known strobe light and lazer know to man....and I'm the one building a switch console! hahaha... My strobes are on the list next... hidden corners and an amber and white Whelen Edge.. maybe some more in the back window.. who knows... I like the hidden look though.. not much for driving around with a strobe bar on top

I just pave roads.. State, County, City, Private... we do it all.... I find that people don't like to slow down on the interstates unless you have some tye of blinding flashing light (strobes)... I hope to make the side panels tomorrow.. and maybe mount my CB and make my cut-outs.. but we'll see.. bowling league in Toledo tonight.. won't be back til zero hour

lol...no, but I do ride with them alot. Red is legal in the rear in the state of MO.....tail lights...brake lights...haven't had a Trooper or Officer say anything otherwise yet. Now if I had it in the front....different story...but that may be next...heh

Like pc and me said laws vary depending where you are. Here in PA its actually illegal to mix blue with any other color. Your not allowed to run blue/amber or blue/clear or blue/red. People do the blue/clear a lot though and most of the time people have the ambers to the rear but your really not suppose too. I think officers that run red are allowed to have amber but most don't cause its not pretty to look at. Now red/blue is only allowed for police and traffic units. I believe if your a fire police officer and your lucky enough to be approved for an emergency vehicule tag you can run red/blue but that's the only was as far as I know.

That's the way I've heard it been for years now. PA is pretty **** about blue light laws. Your not suppose to run dash lights (your lights are suppose to be 360), you only suppose to have one light, I'm not sure how it is now but at one point the said 1 light with a max of 2 rotators or a bar. Then they said 1 bar with a max of 2 rotators. Nobody follows any of the laws anyway. Sometimes you'll get a new ***** PSP that will pull people over because of their lights. I heard that used to happen pretty often in lancaster county not sure how bad they are now about it.

yea i know pa blue light laws and i ment just amber amber only! no mixing amber w blue or red or green. and the state can make us take down are blue lights cause they dont go along with the rules and i think he has strobes in his tail lights? no fire police get ev tags and they can oly run reds and sire no opticon. my lit. dont run red there all blue.

When I first started, I was running Blue/white/red in the rear....well apparently in this city...white light to the rear is an equipment violation.

Some districts/departments are picky on colors...I know of one that only allows blue/white...unless you are an ranking officer, then you can run blue/red in the front.

One says no red to the rear, the other says go for it....long story short, like you said, I don't think they enforce it as much as they used to.

I know if you are driving a little too fast and a PD officer or citizen complains...you can get your permit takin away....even if it's BS.
