go to the store and buy a pack of brillo pads with oxi clean, a lot of times the rust is only surface rust and can be scrubbed off, try that before investing money, make sure the brillo pad and the surface are nice and wet first otherwise you will scratch the surface. Like I said, the rust is usually just surface rust unless it at a dent and there was heavy damage to that particular spot.

well i hit a tree offroad one by was stuck in a deep rut and the truck poped out the side of the rut and wam i had a tree doing like 10. and thoes step thing on top got messed up one day when i was getting wood my passenger side on got jacked up a stick so it all messed up.
