Exclamation 95 dodge 5.9L Brakes PROBLEM w/ hard pressure!

hi i was wondering if anyone can help me. i was out plowing last night, residential, like 5 inches with an inch about of ice, and i got my truck in nov. the brakes were always spongy, and you heard it when you pressed the pedal like it sounded like they needed to be bled... i never got to do it

but i aint no mechanic but yesterday after a driveway my brake pedal go hard like i had to forced the pedal down, theres alot more pressure than before and its very hard to push down. i can stop but not on a dime

also when i press down the pedal it sounds like air is blowing, and when i let go it goes away, so im thinkin their a vacume leak!!????? or is My brake booster SHOT!? or if anyone has had this problem or know what it is!?

thanks

It sounds to me like your boosters gone, but read this and check it out. Hope this helps.

your brake booster is bad, very easy to replace, 2 bolts on the master cylender and four bolts under the dash.

Very easy
