Default Anyone with Posi-Lok please help..

I have seen some bad install instructions in my time, but these take the cake. I need to know how the cable was routed. And I mounted the bracket for the button where the directions say and the freakin thing is on top of my foot. TIA

i found the cable to be about 4 g'damn feet too long. after melting it once on the exhaust manifold, i came out of the firewall and turned it toward drivers side, went on the over and outside of the frame, came back under the frame and along the top of the axle. need pics ?

the button didn't bother me too much.

No but thanks, I finished it last nite. cable is too long, button is too low, the brass switch adapter would not not screw into the housing, and the directions are all over the place. Not to mention the pics are from like a 94 or something which the bottom of the dash is higher than on later years. You can tell because in the pic where to place the button there is no OBD plug. Worst thing is, I was hoping I was having a vacuum prob which was causing the clanking. Not, lol it still clanks. I should have just left it alone. Damn impulse buyer! LOL

Is it possible it's a universal part that they sell whether its RCSB or QCLB?

Anything is possible, it's so low to my foot that it's a border line safety issue.
