Default electrical problems

Hello all, Just bought a 98 ram 1500 and later on found out that some of the blinkers and what-not do not work. I will give you a list of what works and what doesn't along with what i have already done to figure out this little dilemma.

Headlights- lowbeams do not work but highbeams do. I put new bulbs in and same as before.

parking lights- they work

blinkers- do not work but the hazard lights do.

tail lights- these work but when i push on the brake, the brake lights don't come on. changed bulbs, didn't help.

reverse lights- these do not work

radio- does not come on but the illumination works

power windows and locks- work fine

instrument lights on gauge cluster- works fine

cig lighter and 12v power- does not work

I checked all fuses inside the door and under the hood along with all the relays under there, they all check out fine.

what puzzles me is that things like the lowbeams don't work, yet the highbeams do. same with the tail lights.

any help with this would help greatly, I am ready to drive the new (to me) truck i bought and its not real safe with no brake lights.

thanks

Sounds like multiple issues, because some of those things are not related to one another. Download this https://dodgeforum.com/m_340929/tm.htm and you can trace and check all the grounds. Any chance you have a trailer plug too? Check it .
