Yes. Any time you have an accident above a simple "tap," you need to call the law and have an accident report made out. This documents the accident scene for the insurance companies and for your own protection. For example, if she comes back and sues you for whiplash, it's her (and her lawyer's) word against yours.

 

yea i knew i should have but i didnt want my insurance to go up im only 17 18 on feb8. my mom was like dont and my dad was sleeping he had to go to work. I was all about calling them.

Well If It makes you feel any better, I stubbed my toe while walking over to the computer after putting new bulbs in my headlights...

Tonight was the death of my 99 . Was driving to EMT class just left my house. Went through the intersection and girl turned infront of me. She was turning into Turkey Hill. I seen it coming and slamed the brakes but there was no stoping it. Air bags deployed and all that. Was about to flip out when the girl walked up to my car. It was my best friend's girlfriend. She was all upset and I for once was the calm one. My buddy was pissed though. We are both fine which is all that matters. I have some slight pain in my neck, head, and back. Hope its nothing.

Nope. Gonna call the machine shop guy today and find out what's going on. Tell him to hurry up I need my truck my car is gone.
