Default Truck stumbles and tries to shut down

2001 Ram truck 5.9L gas engine, just started doing this out of the blue..... As I take off the truck wants to die, it is like a switch turns off for a fraction of a second and then back on. It is less frequent at a higher RPM but at speed it happens a couple times per city block. I have no steady engine light so I cant pull a trouble code, for that matter the only time the check engine light comes on is when the engine shuts down and then re-fires for only a fraction of a second. (and of course when I start the engine for a few seconds as normal)

I have checked all the grounds, the ignition switch is not loose and there is no problem starting the engine and at idle runs fine.

Recient history

Rebuilt transmission 2 months ago, no problems at all.

Changed plugs and wires 1 month ago.

Changed coil yesterday... Thought it might be the problem

Any advice would be great!

Thank you

I disconnected the MAP sensor, truck ran rough but when I gave it gas and held 2500 RPM it still stumbles as before.
