i do 110 from instinct cause when i did prototypes for ROUSH ind. thats what the manufacturers told us to do. except for KIA and hunday which were 95 foot pounds.

Thanks for the info, I'm guessing that the issue is that the threads stretched because it is only on one lug per wheel and has never happened on the others, and this was with all the different kinds of tightening over the years.

If you are only having this problem on one stud is it always the same one? The most likely cause is that the PO had anti-theft lug nuts on his wheels. If the special key got lost his attempts to remove the nuts could have damaged the studs.
