backspacing

Default backspacing
i was wondering what would be a good backspacing on an 01 dodge 1500 so that the tires will only stick out about an 1"-1.5"?

Measure your current backspacing off one of your wheels (spare tire is easiest), then subtrackt 1" to 1.5". I don't know what the factory backspacing is on a 1/2 ton. I can find out on a 3/4 ton though.
