Ya, i'm not knocking them, just not my cup of tea is all. When I was in high school, guys were putting lights up under their trucks. Guess that's why i'm not a fan, just seems so 90's to me. But if you like it, that's all the matters.

I always thought it might look neat (not on my ride, but on a show car or truck) to put led strips inside each of the body panel gaps, so when you turn them on, you only see the outlines of the body panels light up. That would be unique. Just a weird thought I had.

They look good but better with that new hood!!! I wanted to put some small led's in the wheel wheels so at night offroad I could see what I'm doing. They did a jeep on extream 4x4.

If its from keystone restyling it should be a fiberglass good with steel re-enforcment. Still heavy, but shouldnt be as heavy as stock hood. Unless they do make a full steel hood. Memory fades if there is one.

I put these on my crawler... they work well at night. Enough light to see... not so much light to blind everyone and drain your battery.

Silver, I guess thats why I like them, I never made it past 9th grade so I guess im stuck in that phase... hehe

Yes I kept the hood. And it is all Steel, found 2 small dings Im gonna remove.
