Sorry, but you aren't. I have the build sheet in front of me and its listed as EZB-5.7L V8 HEMI MDS.

See you all later, moving on to the 3rd gen. Its been great.
I got an 06 Ram 1500 SLT with the TRX4 Off-Road package. 5.7, QC, 3.92 LSD, 4x4.
and I LOVE IT. Wow...
I have to bring it back to the dealer to get new tires put on this monday, so I am gonna put a small hurting on the rears.
