Does the passenger side roll down with the passenger side switch?

If yes, then the drivers switch is probably bad and needs to be replaced.

If no, then you are either not getting power to the window motor or the motor is shot!

I don't think there is anyway to really "clean" it, I think they just wear out and break after a while. To get to it you need to remove the door panel and it will pop out from the inside. There are only a couple of screws holding on the panel, two in the plastic handgrip and one by the mirror. There may be more but I think that is it. Then you just pull gently on the bottom of the panel to pop the clips loose and then slide the panel up out of your window jam. From there you have to maneuver it around the door handle and then its free other than the electrical connections.

Then snap out the old one and snap in the new one and re-assemble.

Good Luck!

yes, it looks like the driverside switch, if you couldnt roll it down with the passanger side either, it could be the pass side switch. All the power runs through it for the window, wether your using the driver switch or passanger swich

You can clean it. I know, I cleaned mine. Do as stated above to remove the switch. Once the switch is out, use a small flat head screw driver to remove the white plastic back piece. It should pop right out when you work the screw driver around it gently. Once out, the circuit board is right behind it and will just come out. Once out, you will be able to see how the switch works. The copper "tabs" that the plastic switch levers press are removable. Be gentle but you can remove them. Once out, use some fine sand paper to lightly clean the contact and then gently clean the contact on circuit board as well. Re-assembly the copper tabs and lock them into place by pressing on the center section lightly with a small screw driver until it snaps into place.

The passenger window will not roll down without the driver's side switch. The driver's side switch is actually the regulator for BOTH windows. If it is not working, the passenger window will NOT roll down from either side. I tested this by disconnectiing the driver's side switch/regulator and trying to roll the passenger window up/down with the passenger switch. It did not work until the driver's side was reconnected.

Hope this helps!
