get the different headlight housing before you do, just to be fair to other drivers, otherwise the riveted headlight housing that comes stock will blind other drivers causing your vehicle to be a road hazard

Just trying to keep the roads safe if you are willing to put the money down to buy hid's then Im sure doing it right would be worth it anyways, you will have much better results from a clear euro style headlight anyway, as it wont spread glare as bad as the stock headlight housing with the rivets does, and it keeps from spreading to much of that light into oncoming traffic and cars in front of your trucks eyes. It will make people appreciate your truck much much more! And again, it will look better even to you, and if you really want to do it right, get the projection style headlights, but make sure you dont buy the ebay ones, I made that mistake and they never mount flush and break easily, but if you buy the right ones they look real nice! Mine are ziptied in until I can afford a new replacement set of the nice ones, I wont be buying anything but the best for that next time.
