Default 99 Ram 3500 light problems

I need help. Truck has no taillights and none of the running lights (on top and side) work. Brake and turns work fine. But no running lights, i had this same problem about 3 years ago, i thought it was a fuse before but checked all my fuses and they are fine. I'm lost, when it comes to electrical stuff I'm about as lost as a mexican at a hockey game, no offence anybody.

What does a "fine" light switch look like? Did you ring through it while you had it out?
