lol if you fat your fat, no need to take offence to a pic i took, its all in good fun. but if you are fat its much easier to lose weight then you think with proper eating and actually very limited exercise. im 6'1 235 mostly mustle tho as i hit the gym everynight and lift 4 days a week. but i did alittle test a few months back and decided to just right, and i went from almost 240 down to 215 in a few weeks just from changing my diet no exercise.

She also had a 2000 Ford F-150 that she kept about 1000 pounds of sand on the passenger side of the truck to balance the weight out. I am not poking fun, rather, I am sticking up for her. She has a thyroid condition, that no matter how little, or how much she eats 90% turns into fat. Therefore she has to eat about three times what a normal person needs for their daily TDN. A lot of people make fun of her, but it is not her fault.
I know that is just one case out of millions of people who do NOT have a medical condition that affects them like that. Lets face McDonald's has ****ed this nation up beyond repair.
Just keep that in mind the next time you poke fun at a person that is obese.
Oh, and if you are sitting there thinking that I am just a fat ***, then you are not far off, but if you want to dispute this I would be happy to drive where ever and squash all of your skrawny asses.
well the only two thyroid conditions are hypothyroidism which my dad has, and he isnt fat, and hyperthyroidism which my sister had, and she isnt fat, my sisters was so bad that they had to kill her thyroid off, but she can still keep her weight down because she takes care of herself, so I dont give excuse to thyroid problems, if you keep yourself healthy in the first place then you can counterbalance a thyroid problem without to much difficulty. I hate it when people blame it on that, I mean, once you are fat and then you find out you have a thyroid problem and your stuck with it, yeah, maybe then you have no control over it anymore, but, you had control over getting fat in the first place, so still, no excuse really. So before people start defending someone over a thyroid problem there are plenty of people out there who work their ways around it. Now, I dont have any problem with people who are obese, and I dont personally like to laugh about it, I actually enjoy the show the biggest loser because I think that it is doing great things for those people, i actually wish they could extend each season and give the people even more time to be able to gain from it. But those people on that show are a testament to how someone can lose weight, no matter how hard it is.
