how can i tell how much lift?

Default how can i tell how much lift?

i am wanting to find out how much lift is installed on my truck how can i tell? i have 285 75 16's on and they rub on my rub on my nerf bars

got any pics? do you have blocks other than the stock ones? what color are your coils? do you have coil spacers? do you have stock wheels?

Yeah, pics would help tremendously. And if your tires are rubbing on your Nerf bars, I am guessing they are not installed correctly. I cant figure out how the tire would contact them when installed properly.

thats what i am thinking plus a 285 isn't very big like a 31x10.50 maybe? sounds like its stock

They actually measure 33x11.5 or so.

They are. The first number is actually the width of the tire (in MM), while the second number represents the height (the number is the percentage of the width which equals the total sidewall height), if that makes sense.

Thank you for bringing that up. im so tired of hearing people assuming that a 285 is a 33 and a 315 is a 35. i even hear professionals talk like this. a 315/75/16 is close to a 35 but a 315/30/60 is nowhere near it, aspect ratio people... ASPECT RATIO. no offence to anyone, this just hits a nerve. lol

I think most guys that get 305's get 305/70R16's or etc. That's just an example so since it's a 33" version of a 305 they just shorten it and call the 305's 33"s.
