Default trans pressure governor changing?

Ok my 94 Dodge 2500 Ram upshifts very quickly through all four speeds and will not downshift itself at all. It pulls great and shifts hard if I shift it up and down manually. I have checked the TPS sensor and replaced both speed sensors. I have been told it was the governor. Does this sound right and is it easy to change? I havent dropped the pan yet but need to becuase I can't tell if I have a 46RH or A518 trans. I know they are supposed to be the same but the governor pn# is different. Can anyone help me out and fill in the blanks for me? Thanks

46RH to start. There are a few tranny guys that could give you a better answer as far as what the problem is / could be so ill let them take care of that. Wish ya luck!

Try the Throttle Valve Cable adjustment first.
