I really hope you ain't running stock gears in that thing, I know ith my truck when I had the 35's it was really heavy feeling.

And witht the drop kit, part of that is so you don't have to get a longer shaft.

Also you have pics of your truck, There are very trucks I have seen that make 35's look small.

a side note...if you plan on stuffing 40's under there, you should look at getting some tougher axles. I have a 5" lift on mine with 35's and they seem sorta small as well. my truck side by side to another guys here in town that has 37s just looks so much better, but I have a hard time jumping up into mine as it is!

Yeah my 35s sit just above the bottom of the body(if that makes sense to you) I want bigger like 37 or 38 right now

I probably wont have room to fit 40s or bigger for like 2 or 3 years i want this truck to someday be a wheeling truck once i get a newer one. I just wanted my truck off the ground until i can get a new truck

So I will get you guys pics and all once this storm is over with. We are supposed to get up to 14 inches says the weather channel. I need to get my 4 wheel drive working though because of the storm.

Has anyone ever had an issue with low tranny fluid causing the transfer case not to engage. Reason i ask is because a few weeks ago i checked all fluids and everything seemed fine but when i was under my truck like 30 min later i found that the trans pan had a wet spot on the rear. But it is like -20 out and winds up to 50mph and snowing so it is kinda cold so i didnt want to open up the hood to check it.

So i was looking under the truck while driving home. I put has it in 2wd and opened the door and front drive shaft did not move. So i stoped and put in 4wd and it spun like normal. I did this with 4wdL and 4 wdH but the tires dont engage and no light

So i got under it at home and the front drive shaft has about half inch gap where it enters the front differential. Anyone know if it should be in contact. It could possibly need a transfercase drop kit to get the gears in the driveshaft to touch eachother and engage.

I will get pics of it now but i dunno how to make an album. It never works

Tires don't engage and no light is 99% of the time ... a vacuum problem with the CAD ... either leaking lines or a torn diaphragm.

edit: That's a 1/2 inch?? It would have to be a lot more than that to cause a drive problem. If the lash was off, you would get some noise but it would still drive.
