Electrical problem with radio

Was wiring an amp and shorted a wire it blew my interior lights and radio, found the IDO fuse was blown replaced and that fixed teh lights, I still have no juice at the radio wiring harness but the fuse in the radio slot it GOOD, this is a 2000 CTD 2wd, any suggestions?
