upload your pic to photobucket( or something like that). They have an auto resize function, and easy links so you can just throw that in your sig and it works.

He's hosting at imageshack. IS there a limit (here) even for offsite? I mean, I'd hate to be posting links to 1280x1024 pix and pissing off the Mods if they're supposed to be 640x480 max or something. I like 'em big so they're clear.

Yeah i think there is supposed to be a size limit here. But whether its enforced? thats the question

just looked, 500x250 is supposed to be the limit for a pic in you sig.

That's for a pic uploaded HERE (actually residing on DF servers) ... I'm asking about a LINK to a pic that is residing on someone ELSE'S server (i.e. Photobucket or Imageshack) ... all that is hosted HERE is a link. It doesn't matter if the pic is 2x2 or 1600x1200 - the size on HERE is the same ... the size of the characters in the link.
