It was in the fuse box in the cab. It was the I.O.D fuse it had a weird black clip holding it but yea i had the exact same problem you described.I found out about it yesterday when i called my local dodge dealer and talked to their service department. He said that if it is blown you wont have cab lights, cant adjust your power mirrors, and your radio wont work. I would check this out if i where you. cheap fix.
