Default owner off a ram 1500 SS/T

Hello everybody,

I wanna introduce meself here on the forum befor posting.
Im julian vd meer im from the netherlands and i own an Dodge ram 1500 SS/T from 1997.

Its a nice clean truck with 20 inch rims, and a brand new magnaflow exhaust system.
I own the car now for three weeks and its drives perfect, before this truck i drove a dodge ram 1500 from 1994 and a pontiac firebird from 1970.

I hope to find some answers here on the forum and meet some nice people.
For a photo from my SS/T you can see my album.

Is here anybody who can tell me what projector headlights fit the SST?

Welcome to the forums!

The same projector lights that fit regular Rams should fit SST models too, I believe. I don't think they headlamps are any different between the two.

To my knowledge, the only time Dodge changed the headlights for 2nd Gens was in the 1999-2001 Sport models.

thanx for the info, i try to find some headlights here in the netherlands but its hard here to get some nice pieces.

I make a vid tonight and add it on the site.

Is it normal for a dodge that the watertemp is in a few minutes in the morning to the 200F, for the rest the temp stays normal and dont overheat. (im sorry for the bad english)

Not usually, no. I don't recall mine ever getting to 200, usually at least 10 below that.

Before I got a 180 t-stat, my truck always ran 200-210.

Love the SS/T.
