Mine has a little light staining on the headliner in back from the 3rd brake light leaking. I just sealed it up with clear silicone and it's been good.

Sometime back, someone was chasing down a floor puddle ... it was the 3rd light ... no water anywhere but on the floor. That's why it took so long to locate it.

Well I guess I should just play it safe and silicone that baby up...gotta take off my canopy though...ugg.

What about getting the carpet, more importantly the insulation, dry? suggestions? The carpet on top isn't that wet but the insulation is.

Yeah, my sliding rear window leaks a little at car washes, so that could certainly be contributing.

Use a carpet shampooer, that will get most of the moisture up. I would also run some cleaner on the carpet to eliminate the risk of mold. A shop vac would work good too.

Ditto. I'd use a space heater.

Here's is a couple for ya. I do auto glass for a living and chased a leak in my truck for 3 yrs .
1 check windshield get a air line w/ blow gun attachment ( or air nozzle what ever you want to call it) get some foaming style glass cleaner and spray aruond the out side of the molding blow air from the in side and see if you see the foam blow away( must get tip of air nozzle near the bond of windshield and pinchweld)
2 if you have extended cab windows that pop out check the seal for any indentations on them.
3 third brake light just silicone original gasket to light and the body ( also a little dab into the screw holes before you put screws back in.
4 this is where i found my leak ..check out side door weather seal. With the window up look by the sideview mirror and see if it is pulled away like rust is forming under the rubber seal. if this is the case the water is hitting the back of the speaker inside the door and comming throught the speaker and down the inside of the door panel. this will let the water get around the rocker sill and soak the floor.
now to fix the problem pull door panel see if you have the sound/moisture barrier on the door (if not get some thich plastic and some 3M spray adheasive cut to shape of inside door panel you may need to slice it to get your power wires thru and take your speaker out .spray adheasive onto door where the door panel push pins go into the holes put plastic on poke your holes for the push pins and cut the speaker hole out makeing a flap for the speaker magnet to deflect water put panel on and button it up and your done no more leak . like i said it took me 3 yrs to find it and i changed out every window in my truck.
Oh also if you clearance light on top of roof silicone the screw hole at the body put light on and screws back in
