Question

my 98 has the pull out no light style. 2/98 is my build date. i have dont have power anything though so im not suprised that my light switch ironicly, isnt lit. my interior seems like a mix of pre 98 and post 98 parts. correct me if im wrong. oh and anyone know if the underdash lights (for cup holder and ash tray) can be converted to LEDs? I want to do this mod but really want to be able to dim them (ill google it, not asking yall to do my work for me, ill post anything i find after lunch). like my no tach dash... i hate having that big of a fuel gauge.... i can see it move when i punch it.... ugh.

Well just ordered my leds. V-leds is a little cheaper but I went with superbright. I even got the extra twist locks to see if they fit. I assume endisnear you go the ones that were pre wired into the twist locks I hope. If not I guess I'll try to sell them on ebay or something. I hope I got all the right crap. Can't believe I just blew about 46 bucks on leds.

So that's what the basic cluster look like.... ew.
I keep seeing ash tray light bulb pop in various places up for my 97, yet I haven't seen one in there, and I've taken it apart several times.
Not that big of a deal since my stereo bluetooth headset and wires are bundled up in there (connected to rear aux in on radio for streaming music from my phone) and the blue light from it lights it up good.
But, do I have an ash tray light...?

Yea I got ones pre wired to the twist-locks. But again, Some of them didnt fit, So I had to unwire some and rewire them into my existing twist locks...

Default Door switch lights

Did you, or has anyone, tried changing out the green lights in the door switches?
