When I hooked up my fog lights last week, on there own relay of course, I fished the wires threw the firewall. If you follow the E-Brake cable, you will see it go threw the firewall threw it's own grommet. It's all the way to the left of the firewall. It's also a good safety precaution to put it there because if you wire the lights wrong and fry your wires, the only the you'll burn besides the wires, is the E-Brake cable. If your looking for a relay harness, the bone yard is your friend. I got mine from a Jeep Cherokee. They run them on there own relay, so uninstalling it is real easy.
