Question carpet leak

I took my carpet out this weekend to see where my leak is coming form. Both pads where the driver and passagers feet sit are soaked. I was wondering should i put the carpet back in or should i bed line the floor. I hate carpet in trucks because they get so dirty. Does anybody has any pics of their floor with bedliner?

Better fix the leak first. Any ideas where it is coming from? I just had to replace the gasket seals from the engine compartment into the cab. It required removing the entire dash.

I still have the carpet out. I thought it might be the heater core but it doesn't smell like coolant. So i'm waiting for it to rain to see if it's comming in from somewhere. I know it's in the front but I don't know where cause both pads are wet. Could it be left over from the winter, cause it's getting warmer up here now.

If water is getting in and it is fresh water, it is probably either the seals in the firewall, rear third light, airconditioner drain stopped up, or windsheild leak.
